The concept for our new spa is “unplug and connect with nature in Okinawa”: Escape from the digital everyday and get in touch with the natural beauty of tropical Okinawa.
We offer treatments on the themes of harmony and revival, using the Cyfolia Organic line of skincare products from the French brand Phytomer, and 2830, a Japanese brand made with own-brand honey and attuned to the waxing and waning rhythms of the moon. Soothe your mind and body amid the majestic nature of Haimurubushi.

Guide to spa treatments

Reservations

Please reserve no later than the day before your treatment. All treatments are available to both men and women. For pregnant women, for safety reasons, treatments are only available for those in the 16th to 27th week of pregnancy. Also, treatments for pregnant women are provided solely as supine (face-up) treatments, such as facial and foot therapies.

On your visit

For all treatments, please allow an additional 30 minutes to fill out a counseling sheet, change clothes, take a foot bath and enjoy an after-session drink. The time required for each treatment is listed on the menu. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time will be shortened, to avoid inconveniencing the next customer. In such cases, the regular fee for the treatment you reserved will apply. We recommend that you finish eating at least one hour before your appointment, or eat after your appointment.

Belongings

If you have contact lenses and choose to take them out, please bring a lens case to put them in. Please understand that the spa cannot accept valuables for safekeeping.

Changes and cancellation of reservations

Change or cancellation of a reservation with 24 hours’ notice or more: Free of charge
Change or cancellation of a reservation with less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% cancellation fee

Other guests we cannot serve

Persons under 16 years of age, persons prohibited by a physician from bathing/swimming, exercise or massage, persons allergic to seawater, people with sensitive skin Persons suffering from disease (infectious disease, skin disease, etc.) fever, or sunburn; intoxicated persons
