At Haimurubushi, we want your every dining experience to be a delightful one. If you have allergies, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Our staff will ask you about your allergy when you make your reservation at the Hotel restaurant, and again when we take your order.

At Haimurubushi, we confirm the information we receive from producers and vendors about the ingredients we source. However, all areas where food is prepared and consumed in the Hotel, including Hotel kitchens and restaurants, handle foods containing the eight identified allergenic ingredients and other food allergens. For this reason, we carefully wash all tableware and cooking utensils. Even so, the possibility also exists that small quantities of allergens may be introduced into foodstuffs from the environment during food-preparation processes.
For the above reasons, Haimurubushi asks diners to understand that the food we serve cannot be guaranteed to be completely free of allergens. If your symptoms are particularly severe, Haimurubushi regrets that we may be unavoidably obliged to refuse service.
