Note about the final departure from the Port of Ishigaki to the Port of Kohama
If you miss the last departure of the day, you will not be able to reach Kohamajima. Please bear this in mind when reserving your flight.
You can check the timetable for regularly scheduled ships on the websites of
Yaeyama Kanko Ferry and Anei Kanko.
Note about the final departure from the Port of Kohama to the Port of Ishigaki
If the returning ship is fully booked, you may have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for the next ship. Please arrive with enough time to ensure that you can board your ship.
ISHIGAKI INFORMATION CENTER
Luggage Storage Until Departure (Free of Charge)
You can check your luggage for free at the Haimurubushi Ishigaki Information Center, located inside the Ishigaki Port Remote Island Terminal, until your ship departs.
This is a great service to use when going sightseeing on Ishigakijima or the remote islands. You can also check your luggage here after checkout.

RedCaps counter, Ishigaki Airport ⇔ RedCaps counter, Port of Ishigaki Remote Island Terminal Same-day luggage transfer (a fee applies)
You can check your luggage at the Ishigaki Airport RedCaps counter and pick it up at the RedCaps counter in the Port of Ishigaki Remote Island Terminal. Before you begin your amazing holiday on Kohamajima (at Haimurubushi), why not spend the spare time on a tour of Ishigakijima? On your last day as well, if you leave your luggage at the RedCaps counter in the Port of Ishigaki Remote Island Terminal, you can enjoy the time until your flight with your hands free of luggage, then pick up your luggage at the RedCaps counter at the Ishigaki Airport
